Fancy Feet bath salts recipe:

This is a very simple recipe that allows you to make up some soothing bath salts that you can add to warm water in a footbath. This will make 3 cups of mixture -  enough for 3 foot baths.

2 cups Epsom salts(plain), softens the skin

1/2 cup Organic Pink Himalayan salt, cleanses the skin

1/2 cup Baking Soda, deodorizes the feet

Natural essential oil of Orange, Mint and Bergamot: 20-30 drops, natural fragrance

Mix the dry ingredients together in a glass bowl and then slowly add the 20-30 drops of essential oils to the mixture, stirring continuously. Store in a large glass jar and use a cup of the mixture at a time.

Massage Oil: 

This blend includes ingredients that help encourage circulation by warming and stimulating the skin. The scent of the essential oils in this recipe can be quite strong but you can easily cut the essential oil amounts by half for a milder aroma.

1/2 cup watermelon seed oil or apricot kernel oil

20 drops ginger essential oil

40 drops black pepper essential oil

Combine the ingredients in a 4 ounce bottle and shake well. To use, pour a teaspoon of the oil into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm. Place your palms onto the area to be massaged and work into the skin well. Reapply the oil blend as needed.

Foot scrub:

This exfoliating foot scrub also includes antibacterial essential oils as well as moisturizing avocado oil. This will make enough for both feet.

1/2 cup fine sea salt

3 tablespoons neem oil

1/4 teaspoon peppermint essential oil

1/4 teaspoon niaouli essential oil

Combine the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir well. After soaking your feet in warm water for a few mins rub the mixture firmly into the skin using circular movements. Rinse well with clean water and dry well.
